---

1. Definitions

• “The Club” refers to Autobahn Scotland
• “The Member(s)” or “You” refers to existing members of The Club
• “Membership” means the status granted upon successful completion and verification of an application and payment of any applicable fees

2. The Club Agrees To

• Provide members with access to an online events calendar throughout the calendar-year from 1 January to 31 December
• Restrict access to silver and gold events to eligible members, with gold members receiving advance notification of upcoming events
• Publish and maintain a qualifying vehicle list (subject to ongoing review)
• Communicate with members via email within five working days of receipt
• Email event joining instructions to members, where necessary, at least three working days before each event
• Reserve the right to cancel membership if The Club deems continued membership to be  contrary to its interests or the spirit of The Club
• Reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to adverse weather or insufficient registration

3. The Member Agrees To

• Complete the membership application form accurately and acknowledge these Terms
• Pay any required membership or event fees as specified
• Notify The Club of any changes to contact details
• Keep event details (times, locations, etc.) private and do not share them with others
• Treat all members, The Club, and the public with respect at all times
• Attend all events in a qualifying vehicle, unless stated otherwise
• Accept that all participation in events is at their own risk. The Club accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or vehicle damage
• Acknowledge that events are not timed or competitive in any form
• Grant The Club permission to use images and video from events

4. Club Events: Bookings & Payments

• Event registrations are processed via the official Autobahn Scotland website, unless stated otherwise
• Access to silver and gold events is restricted to eligible members, with gold members receiving advance notification of upcoming events and priority booking
• Events are subject to availability and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• Events must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless stated otherwise

5. Cancellations

• A great deal of planning and preparation goes into every event. For reasons of practicality and fairness, attendance limits are set for many events
• Repeated “no-shows” without notice may result in a temporary freeze on membership; Persistent offenders may have membership cancelled
• Non-attendance or cancellation will not qualify for refund or transfer under any circumstance, except where The Club cancels the event itself. Refunds will only be considered if an event is full and the member(s) place can be resold, and then only at the discretion of The Club
• If an event is cancelled by The Club (not due to Force Majeure), deposits and payments will be refunded in full, or an alternative event date will be offered, unless otherwise stated

6. Force Majeure

• The Club cannot accept liability or refund monies if an event must be amended or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural Disasters, Extreme Weather, Government Action, Civil Unrest, Strikes and Industrial Action, Infrastructure Disruption, or Public Health Emergencies and Restrictions

7. Privacy and Data

• The Club processes all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and its Privacy Policy

We’re always open to considering vehicles that we believe are unique or special, and our list of qualifying vehicles is subject to ongoing review.

If you own a car that isn’t currently listed below but believe it deserves consideration, please include the full vehicle details in your membership application, along with a brief explanation of why you feel it should qualify.

If your application for silver or gold membership is approved, your vehicle will be added to our list of qualifying vehicles.
